Yes. If you’re on a paid plan (one year commitment) we’re happy to help get your customer data into RGP for a small one-time fee.
Yes! If you’re on a PLUS or PREMIUM Paid Plan, you can link the databases of multiple remote facilities together to offer seamless member check in to your users.
Yes, if you are on a paid plan, your Rock Gym Pro data can be backed up in near real-time.
Yes. RGP offers a 10% discount to nonprofit organizations. To request the discount, contact us with a link to your organization’s website and your TAX ID Exemption Number. We may also require your nonprofit documentation for approval. Please note: We are unable to provide retroactive discounts on past orders.
