What operating system is required to run Rock Gym Pro?

The software is designed to run on Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or Windows Server.

What else do I need to run RGP?

You’ll need a network connection between workstations, an internet connection from at least one computer, barcode scanner, cash drawer and receipt printer.

Which credit card processor is used with Rock Gym Pro?

POS, billing, and online transactions can be seamlessly processed in Rock Gym Pro.  Please see the Payment Gateways page.

Can you help me import data from my current software?

Yes. If you’re on a paid plan (one year commitment) we’re happy to help get your customer data into RGP for a small one-time fee.

I have more than one gym. Can Rock Gym Pro handle multiple gyms?

Yes! If you’re on a Level 2 or 3 paid plan, you can link the databases of multiple remote facilities together to offer seamless member checkin to your users.

Will my data be backed up?

Yes, if you are on a paid support plan, your Rock Gym Pro data can be backed up in near real-time.
