What hardware will I need to run my facility with RGP?
You’ll need an internet connection, barcode scanner, cash drawer and receipt printer. Learn More.
Which credit card processor is used with RGP?
While you can use a standalone credit card terminal for your POS transactions, we recommend using Global Payments Integrated (formerly OpenEdge Payments) payment processing feature for the most efficient front desk workflow (US and Canadian customers only. Stripe available for non-U.S. facilities).
Can you help me import data from my current software?
Yes. We’re happy to help get your customer data into RGP for a small one-time fee.
I have more than one facility. Can I use RGP?
Yes! If you’re on a PLUS or PREMIUM Plan, you can link the databases of multiple remote facilities together to offer seamless member check-ins to your customers.
Do you offer a discount for nonprofits?
Yes. RGP offers a 10% discount to nonprofit organizations. To request the discount, contact us with a link to your organization’s website and your TAX ID Exemption Number. We may also require your nonprofit documentation for approval. Please note: We are unable to provide retroactive discounts on past orders.
