Our Story

Rock Gym Pro was born in 2008 by an avid climber and climbing gym owner. With over 700 members, the owner of this active climbing gym quickly learned that the “health club” software being used wasn’t making the grade. In fact, attempting to run a climbing business with woefully inadequate software designed for health clubs was costing thousands of dollars each month on staff training, data entry mistakes and poor workflow.

This became the motivation to develop Rock Gym Pro – software designed for the unique challenges that climbing gyms and other health facilities face managing both memberships and high-volume day users. In 2018, Rock Gym Pro was sold to Togetherwork – a leader in group management software and payments by bring together companies serving a wide variety of groups. With Togetherwork on our side, Rock Gym Pro has a wealth of resources and expertise to continue to elevate our offerings.

Today, hundreds of high-volume facilities around the world rely on Rock Gym Pro. Software built and managed by active and enthusiastic climbers.
